The Department of Health and Environment offers free at-home rapid (antigen) COVID-19 tests from its Olathe office. Free PCR saliva tests will be available upon request. No appointment or photo identification is needed. Proof of residency is not required. Test kit distribution is part of Johnson County’s overall strategy to control the spread of COVID-19 in Johnson County, Kansas.
