An event every week that begins at 7:00 am on Thursday, repeating until January 29, 2021
This symptom self-reporting form is used to determine COVID-19 testing eligibility as well as schedule community COVID-19 testing appointments. Currently, our events do not require those registering to have symptoms or exposure to a known positive case.
Qualifications:
- The person being tested must live, work, or go to school in Cass County, Missouri
- Is 4 years of age or older on the day of testing
