Test to Treat
Early testing and treatment for COVID19 can help improve patient outcomes, reduce stress on healthcare facilities and even save lives. With the new Test to Treat initiative, eligible patients can get tested and start treatment in one visit to a participating site.
Get tested at a Test to Treat location as soon as you experience symptoms, even if your symptoms are mild. If you test positive, you can talk to an on-site health care provider to find out if antiviral pills are right for you.
Test to Treat Sites
How it works
Step 1: Get Tested
Get tested for COVID-19 at a Test to Treat site or bring your test results from an at-home test, a pharmacy, or your health care provider with you to your visit.
Step 2: Get a prescription from an on-site healthcare provider if you are at high risk of getting very sick
If you test positive for COVID-19, ask the on-site health care provider during your appointment if you are eligible for a prescription for a COVID-19 oral antiviral treatment
Step 3: Get Treated
Ask the on-site or affiliated pharmacist to fill the prescription.
