Get A Kit

An  unfortunate fact of life is that “Disasters Happen." Grocery stores, banks, pharmacies and other companies may not be open immediately after a disaster or it may not be safe to drive to a store, such as during a winter storm.

It is important that we all have some basic supplies at home to see us through at least the first 72 hours.

It can be difficult to balance the immediate needs of today with the possibilities of a disaster that may or may not happen tomorrow. But once a disaster happens it may be too late. Please take a moment now to gather emergency supplies so that you are ready for whatever may happen later.

Supply Kit Tips

  • Store your kit in a convenient place known to all family members.
  • Keep a smaller version of the Disaster Supplies Kit in the trunk of your car.
  • Keep supplies in a duffle bag or back pack that you can take with you if you have to evacuate.
